Spacious rooms, huge king-size bed, beautiful spacious grounds
Very simple breakfast, horrible coffee, no umbrellas for the deck chairs at the pool, construction site at the beach in front of the hotel
Restaurant in the resort is uniquely super Good!!!!
Was beautiful as always! Staff always super friendly! Restaurant and breakfast very good ! That's six times over there. Coming back for sure
Beach very unkempt! Kko Beach Club nice ! Unfortunately I my money and credit card were stolen here
The hotel facilities are very good, the location is privileged. The village style is wonderful for beach vacations. The bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked very well and the cleaniness of the room was ok.
Despite of the good things, the Hotel does not have WiFi in every room (as it is advertised in the site), and the continental breakfast is very very poor. There is internet connection only in the lobby, and the bandwith is very bad, so it's almost impossible to even use it. Regarding breakfast, they charge you for yogurt and cereal, what I think is very bad taste after paying 300usd/night, and saying that the breakfast is included.
The beds are good
A lot of mosquitoes, additional wifi fee, view at parking lot
Has not been maintained for 15 plus years. Rotting wood, curtains falling down, old cabinets, outdoor umbrella torn, front office rarely open, cleaning only once. Left knitting and they did not bother to look when called.
See above. Would not recommend as we were there years ago and it was nice. Seems like they just want to squeeze what the can out of it and not put any upkeep into i .
The location couldn't be better. You are steps away from the nicest part of Orient Beach. There is a wonderful beach restaurant/bar, Coco Beach. The rooms are spacious and there is a pool for every 5-6 rooms. The grounds are lovely.
The included breakfast is not very good. I don't like having to go to reception every day to exchange my beach towel. The wifi in the room didn't work at all.
Excellent location, friendly and efficient staff, beautiful beach, good restaurants on the premises and nearby
At breakfast, additional items like eggs or cheese ar not included in the price and have to paid seperate
Loved the cuisine - - beautiful and delicious! Awesome beach access and beach bar/restaurant too.
The place is steps away from a magnificent beach. Nice size bungalows with a lovely porch. 4 attached bungalows each have their own pool. Breakfast which is included is in a beautiful setting around a pool and is delicious. The staff for breakfast were very nice. The restaurant on the grounds for dinner was amazing!!
The grounds need up keeping. Plantings are dying, grass growing between bricks, palm tree branches on the ground and not cleaned up. The property looks like it has had better days. The women at the front desk was always on the phone whenever you had a question or needed towels. Wifi was hit or miss.
Loved the private patio and the pool. The location was top notch. Used the small kitchen daily for snacks and breakfast.
The refrigerator did not maintain a steady temperature and a few days our food was wet and sweaty. The staff at the beach cafe did not want hotel guests using the front row beach chairs, although the hotel stated the beach chairs and umbrella were included with the room. The cafe wanted hotel guests in the second and third rows.
The location could not be better and the staff is very accommodating. The restaurant is excellent! The rain shower head is great! We love being so close to the beach.
Probably a non issue for younger folks but the flat screen TV could be bigger given the very large size of the room and the distance between the bed and TV.
spacious rooms and grounds
a little far between facilities and beach
Staff/Service Location restaurant Pool Proximity to beach
Property could use an update
Quiet resort, kind staff, and great amenities, we had our own little swimming pool (shared with two neighboring rooms), the beach is beautiful, the restaurant had great food!
The resort is located inside a gated community of what is locally referred to as 'The White Ghetto'. So very quite and clean, but not necessarily an authentic island experience. Also its seems a bit cheap and weird to have to pay extra for eggs at breakfast?
